You aren’t alone. A lot of people struggle with managing their stuff.
Does the thought of people coming to your home create a sense of overwhelm for you?
Does letting go of things tap into grief, loss, or resentment?
I believe it takes courage, gentleness, and a bit of humor to look deeply at what’s important to you and to name your personal challenges.
I hear you saying to yourself,“I don’t wanna. It sounds hard.”
And I’m telling you it can be done in a way that’s gentle and light.
It is the path that is creating the congruence between your external space and your internal space. And that is what I am about- creating the congruence between your external space and your internal space.
One day I walked into a used bookstore at a nearby mall. I struck up a conversation with the clerk about liking books. She said, “ I do not feel safe unless I have 50 books in a bag by my bed.”
This was a definite Light Bulb Moment. She has a formula. Wow, I love formulas. X plus 50y equals z.
She has a number for the books. And there is no judgment about that number. She chose that number and it works for her. There was no apologizing and no drama.
I gave myself permission to have those things that I treasure. I am in the process of finding a number that works for me and for my space.
I can help you find hope and move through grief, loss, and resentment and find what is important to you. If you want to know more about what I truly believe, check out my Manifesto.
